The room was big and had brand new furniture, which I really liked. the lighting was great, making it cozy. the location was awesome, right in a cool area. And the rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise! 🌟

Everything was simply great. The hotel property was MODERN with absolutely perfect and particularly good location close to the Costanera mall as well as also the subway. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with great lighting. A shower and a hairdryer was a plus.

This hotel is located in a fabulous area, very close to the Costanera mall, and only a couple of blocks from the subway. the rooms are so comfortable and cozy, with beautiful lighting, smart TVs, and comfortable beds. the breakfast is simply excellent and the staff unfailingly friendly and attentive. the rooftop bar and restaurant offer an amazing view, and the hotel provides bikes for free.

Celebrating New Year's at this modern hotel was great! the breakfast was complete and the Wi-Fi connection was strong, perfect for business. Plus, the bike rentals and metro card were great complementary offers! the location was also ideal, close to a metro station and a major attraction.

The lifts were slow and constantly had issues with our room key cards. We had to change rooms four times due to problems like sewage smells and loud noises.
